Who are we

GABE was incorporated with the purpose of assisting foreigners who intend to establish their residence in Brazil on a temporary or on a permanent basis for business, work or investment purposes. The same assistance is provided to Brazilians who intend to move abroad.

In accordance to GABE’s point of view, the process of moving from one country to another is very stressful and requires substantial investment from foreigners or Brazilians and their families and also from the company that is transferring the employee abroad. A transfer process must necessarily flow smoothly; thus, to avoid that the expatriate and the company waste time and money without achieving the expected results.

It is important to bear in mind that the company involved in the transfer of an employee runs the risk of losing its best candidate for a specific job position in case his transfer process turns out to be problematic

International Assistance

Our management is based on principles of respect for others, competence and ethics. We believe it is possible to manage and offer services that convey tranquillity, wellness and harmony between different cultures while preserving and respecting their diversity. We provide services to individuals as well as national and international corporations, related to transfer of Brazilians abroad and foreigners to Brazil and their families.

We offer support in the elaboration and legalization of documents necessary for obtaining all types of immigration visas, obtaining the documents required by Brazilian law or by the consulates and embassies. We offer specialized relocation services to foreigners who are coming to Brazil and to Brazilians who are transferred abroad, as well as, relocation services when the foreigners return abroad to their country of origin or move to another country and also when Brazilians return to Brazil. We offer specialized, personalized and confidential support to companies regarding the development of proposals salary, benefits and career plans for their expatriates.

OUR History

With over 15 years experience in International Human Resources in multinational companies, especially in transfer of Brazilians abroad and foreigners to Brazil, we found that this was "The Work", which gave us professional achievement. We used to do everything with great pleasure and love and the reward was the satisfaction shown by our fellow expatriates with our work. Since many companies outsource these services, in 2009 we decided to combine our experiences and create GABE, a company that offers services in the area of expatriation. This company allows us to continue working with what we actually do best, which is TO TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE.
